The Fat Rabbit Public House at 825 Sutter Street, Folsom, California.

My favorite place in Old Folsom. Unpretentious, consistent, and comforting, this place has charmed more than a few out of town guests brought here. Booth tables offer wonderful privacy for board games or conversation, while seating near the bar gives a more communal feel. Beer list is rarely experimental or risky, but is consistently solid. All the bar food is killer, but I'm partial to the fish and chips which are served PIPING hot. I hope Fat Rabbit stays here for years to come.
