Wow what lousy service! Came to a certified Volkswagen dealership to get my 2013 VW serviced and to fix my sunroof which won’t close all the way. After having my car sit over there for 5 hours they called to tell me they don’t fix the sunroof problem at this location. He referred me to a body shop that isn’t even associated with VW. Then to top it off he charged my wife 140.00 for the service call! He did say she needed one tire also but they didn’t carry them and suggested she go to Cosco! Are you kidding me? VW has lost a customer for life! What a joke. When my wife called she specifically told them she needed her sunroof fixed. I feel they just ripped her off!
